The first students appeared at the Faculty of Law and Administration in October 2014 and ever since the Faculty has enjoyed great popularity.
The programme of studies in Law prepares one for international cooperation in the area of legal services, mediation and allows one to acquire legal knowledge and qualifications to pursue business activity. Graduates will be prepared to take up employment in state and self-government administration bodies, enterprises as well as to pursue their professional development as a trainee judge, prosecutor, barrister, notary and legal counsel.
The programme of study in Administration aims to prepare one comprehensively for work in state, economic and self-government administration as well as to prepare the graduate to perform managerial duties in broadly defined administration. These studies equip future officials with the ability to properly and efficiently manage and perform tasks in both public institutions and private companies.
The Faculty’s offer includes postgraduate programmes of study in: HR and payroll in law and practice, local government legislation, taxes and tax proceedings, legal translation, administrative procedure, legal and administrative aspects of cross-border, transnational and interregional cooperation in European Union, energy law, European law for practitioners, medical law and bioethics, public procurement, and public-private partnership.
